ARG2

In light of the latest developments with the OSD, I am still rather unimpressed.  Although some businesses are willing to accept the OSD as the USD, it still bars Oregon residents from spending their hard earned money as they see fit (legally, of course).  I don't think Oregonians should be locked into shopping primarily at the establishments willing to accept the OSD.  I feel as if this is a political move made by persons who have a stockholder interest in the corporations who are clearing the Oregon State Dollar as an acceptable increment of payment.

Although Oregon residents are given the opportunity to choose how much they receive in payment in the form of OSD and USD, the fact that they are still required to accept a minimum of 20% of their paycheck in the form of the Oregon State Dollar is ridiculous.  That isn't really giving Oregon workers an option, but instead, hijacks 20% of said workers' paychecks.  I understand the want to boost Oregon's economy, but this is definitely not the way to go about doing so.
