ARG1

Upon reading that Oregon plans to start utilizing what they're calling the Oregon State Dollar (OSD) in an attempt to boost the Oregon economy and combat financial issues, I have to say I'm wary.  While it would boost the Oregon state economy, it is too similar to the old mining camps in which workers were given currency only good for use at the employer's store.  The utilization of the OSD would imprison residents of Oregon, as the Oregon State Dollar would only be good for use within the state.  Such a thing is unconstitutional and infringes upon the rights of the people of Oregon.
